Practice Manager Job Summary The Patient Coordinator is our frontline business administration professional for dental practice and presents as a positive, caring, patient-centered voice to promote practice growth through contributing to effective business initiatives and patient satisfaction.
Daily goals are achieved primarily by supplying friendly and accurate information to callers for scheduling, financial arrangements, and payment collections, from patients and insurance providers, following the clinical teams exam notes and directions at checkout, and ensuring compliance of office personnel on the company policy regarding collection procedures.
The Patient Coordinator is also responsible management of relationships with insurance carriers while completing insurance verifications, processing insurance claims, and validating coverage determinations and outstanding balances.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
